Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are an important component of General Dynamics Electric Boat’s culture, promoting and advocating for inclusive environments that allow our employees to flourish and enhance our culture. These employee-led groups create supportive communities to connect employees who desire to be more engaged with their colleagues, the company and the surrounding community. They offer opportunities for personal and professional development, leadership, mentoring, volunteerism, cultural enrichment and community engagement. ERGs also support the company’s efforts to attract, retain and develop talent.
